Billie Mazzei: The Genesis of a Storyteller — Stories from her family
Billie has been telling stories since she discovered an imaginary dog under her parent’s bed a long, long time ago. She will be doing a little interactive storytelling and then share stories from her grandfather, father, mother and one of her own.
Billie Mazzei is great-grandmother of seven, widow, writer, storyteller, InterPlay leader and spiritual director. She lives in Olympia and loves coming to Port Angeles to see friends, enjoy the scenery and meet new folks. She tells stories in church and in a bar and wherever anyone will listen.
After a short refreshment break, there is an open mic session for anyone to step up and share a short tale.
The story swap meets in the Carver Room of the Port Angeles library, starting at 7:00 pm. More details are available on our story swap page.
