November 2, 2022, Larry Hohm
Larry Hohm will entertain listeners with an evening of murder, mystery, and ghost stories by the renowned writer Shirley Jackson. He is the featured teller at the free Story Swap, Wednesday, November 2nd at 7 p.m. in the Carver room of the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody St.
Larry lives in Seattle and has been telling stories for eight years. He performs frequently at private parties, at the Northwest Folklife Festival, and at the Swedish Club in Seattle. He is on the Board of the Seattle Storytellers Guild, and is an Artist in Residence with Earth Creative. Larry earned a B.A. and Ph.D. in Philosophy, and taught Philosophy at various universities for six years. He then switched to the software industry, and enjoyed a thirty-two-year career as a software engineer. He retired in July of this year, and is now spending more time telling stories.
Open Mic
