Pat Ferris – “Cold” stories for mid-winter, Jan. 20, 2015
Pat Ferris will share folk (and other) tales about Cold!
Come learn about the struggles of characters who slip on ice, stick their tongue on cold steel, can’t keep the blankets on their bed, care for a child made of snow, or are haunted by the ghost of a child murdered on a cold winter’s night.
Pat was captivated when she heard her first professional storyteller at 16 years old. Later, as a children’s librarian she started doing puppet shows and telling stories herself. She recently completed a storytelling class at E. Tennessee University.
